Do not be fooled by the Hampton Inn name - this is not the quality experience most travelers expect from the brand. Our stay started off poorly with an unhelpful front desk staff during check-in. We later learned that the pool had been out of service, yet no notification was provided before our booking. We reserved the room for four guests, but only three towels and washcloths were supplied. Room 315 was in unacceptable condition. There was visible mold in the bathroom and extensive water damage. Much of the bedroom carpet was damp or wet. One member of our group attempted to shower only to discover there was no body wash available, and there was visibly no shampoo provided. Breakfast was disappointing. We ate prepackaged yogurt and bananas. To make matters worse, we spotted a cockroach as we were leaving the room the next morning. At $214 for a single night, this stay was nowhere near the standard we expect from a Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton. My partner travels frequently for work and described this as the worst hotel they have ever stayed in. The only positive aspect of this property is its location. We left disappointed, disgusted, and genuinely concerned about staying at ano

I've always been a loyal Hilton guest and typically choose Hilton properties whenever I travel. For the past 10 years, whenever I've visited this area, I've stayed at this Hampton Inn. Unfortunately, this will be my last stay. I recently learned that this property is independently owned, and sadly, it appears the current ownership is no longer maintaining the hotel to the standards I expect from the Hilton brand. The two areas that deserves recognition is the front desk staff and breakfast. The check-in process was smooth, and the customer service was excellent. The breakfast was decent. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. That is the strongest compliment I can give this property. Beyond that, the hotel has noticeably declined over the past several years. The furniture in both the lobby and guest rooms is heavily worn, with split cushions and visible damage. The desk chair in my room looked so deteriorated that it appeared unsafe to use. The room itself showed numerous signs of neglect, including peeling paint, poorly applied caulking, and a door that looked as though it had been previously kicked in and repaired. Most concerning, there was a roach crawling on the toi

We just stayed here because it was pet friendly. Our first night, we found the shower clogged and backing into the tub, so we told the desk at breakfast. They sent maintenance while we were away, who made a mess of the clogged drain and snaking the tub. Upon coming back, we noticed housekeeping did not come for our scheduled room service per their standards. When I went to the desk I brought it up to the two ladies how house keeping didnt come and if they could simply just clean the bathtub and they said our housekeeper was allergic to dogs so couldn't clean our room. They said it most likely won't be cleaned due to that, but they could MAYBE ask another housekeeper to step in. However, it was a huge turnover day so it probably wasn't going to happen. So we left again to give them the opportunity to clean up the maintenance mess. Upon coming back that evening, still no one had come to clean the room, let alone the mess in the tub from the backing up and the snaking the tub. So I went back to the desk, and the gentleman there asked if I wanted the cleaning supplies to clean it myself. I said sure. He went and asked another employee where to get it. That guy insisted he come up and
